Captain Paramedic, Arizona Fire & Medical Authority Scott Dial has been dedicated to the Fire and EMS field since 1996, beginning his career in San Bernardino County, California. In 2005, he joined the Fire District of Sun City West, now part of the Arizona Fire & Medical Authority, where he currently serves as a Captain and Paramedic. Beyond his professional duties, Scott leads as the President of IAFF Local 3573, United Sun Cities Fire Fighters, proudly representing over 350 professional Firefighters, Paramedics, and EMTs within the Arizona Fire & Medical Authority and Sun City Fire & Medical District. He is deeply committed to advancing the mission of the healthcare trust, working to secure the best and most comprehensive benefits for its members and their families. Scott is also a proud father to three daughters—Cambria (23), Jocelyn (19), and Mallory (17)—and values time spent with his family.
